Terms of Service

The service

LowVoltra is design software for low-voltage contractors: floor plan import, device layout, cable routing, bills of materials, and team collaboration. We may improve or change features over time. LowVoltra is a planning tool — you remain responsible for verifying that your designs and installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and site conditions.

Your account & team

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Company admins control who joins their workspace and what roles teammates have; you are responsible for activity under your company's accounts.
• You may not share accounts, misuse invite links, or access another company's data.

Your content

Floor plans, device layouts, pricing, fixtures, and other project data you upload or create remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display that data to you and your team in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed to your company on a subscription basis; payments are processed by Stripe.
• Trials convert to a locked, read-limited state if no subscription is started; your data is not deleted when billing lapses.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use LowVoltra to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

LowVoltra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts your company paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using LowVoltra and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of LowVoltra after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
