Who counts as an office user?
Admins and project managers - the people who design, quote, and manage projects. Installers use field mode to view plans and mark devices installed, and they're free and unlimited on every plan.
What happens if I hit my monthly project limit?
You can keep working in every existing project - nothing is locked. The limit only applies to creating new projects, and it resets at the start of each calendar month. Need more right away? Upgrade your plan any time.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes - switch plans any time (the price difference is prorated automatically) or cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
