This policy applies to the LowVoltra web application and the LowVoltra Field mobile apps ("LowVoltra", "we", "us"). It describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and name so we can create and secure your account. This data is encrypted in transit.
- Your business data. Floor plans, device layouts, cable routes, pricing, fixtures, and related project data you create in LowVoltra are stored on our servers so your team can access them. This data belongs to you and your company.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, or advertising identifiers.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sign you in, store your plans, and share them with your team.
- To bill your company for its subscription (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers).
- To send transactional emails such as team invitations.
No ads, no tracking, no selling
LowVoltra does not show ads, does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at support@lowvoltra.com from the email address on your account. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records (for example, billing records).
